So impressed! I done a google search for an energy assessor for my portfolio and Eden Energy popped up as being local to me. From the first call Maddie put me at ease and walked me through the process. She then sprung into action liaising with all the tenants booking convenient times to suit them. Maddie is an excellent communicator and was quick to arrange an appointment. During her visit she was very professional but also had a lovely manner and made sure to explain what was being checked and why. She sent over the EPC certificate on the same day. Five star service!
